Q: Help! My files never arrived
A: If you don’t receive an email confirmation after purchase with a link to download the files, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please email helpme@mockreality.shop and allow up to 24 hrs for a response.
Q: Help! I can’t open the files
A: Please be sure you’re using a recent version of Photoshop CC. If the file appears corrupted, please email helpme@mockreality.shop and allow up to 24 hrs for a response.
